Pasta Dinner

This event will be held Friday June 15, 2007 at Whetstone Community Center.  This is an event for the entire swim team and their families. It is a great way to kick off the new season. Families are asked to contribute food for the team to share.  

TIME: 7:00 P.M. LOCATION: Whetstone Community Center BRING A PASTA DISH TO SHARE AND If your last name starts with A thru M - Bring Desert If your last name starts witn N thru Z - Bring a Salad

 Wine and Cheese Party

This get-together for swim team parents will be held Saturday, June 30th.  Attendees are asked to bring an hors d'oeuvre and their choice of beverage.  It's a great time to meet the other parents of the team and to talk with the coaches.  Toni and Jim Marsh’s house 9408 Five Logs Way,  Whetstone

July  4^th Parade 

The 4th of July is a very special day in Montgomery Village and a very busy one for the Whetstone Swim Team.  Traditionally, our swimmers march as a unit in the 4th of July parade.  Usually, they wear inexpensive hats or t-shirts related to the parade theme.  We always have a great time!

Swim team parents are invited to attend the annual crab feast scheduled for Saturday July 14, 2007 at the WCC.  For a fee, you can eat and drink all you want.  The menu consists of steamed crabs, drinks, salads and desserts.  If you're not a crab eater, grilled chicken is provided.
